摘要
以山西某低品位铝土矿浮选产品为研究对象,开展了浮选产品性质分析及沉降试验研究。考察了沉降浓度、絮凝剂类型及用量对沉降的影响,确定了适用于铝精矿和尾矿沉降的、较为合理的沉降浓度、絮凝剂类型和用量,为选矿厂的设计提供数据资料。
Taking the flotation products of a low-grade bauxite in Shanxi province as the research object,the property analysis and settling test of the flotation products were carried out.The effects of settling concentration,flocculant type and dosage on settlement weie investigated.The reasonable settling concentration,flocculant type and dosage suitable for the settlement of aluminum concentrate and tailings were determined,which provided data for the design of dressing plant.
