摘要
研究了铝用阳极粉料吸油量的检测方法,“粉料吸油量法”相对常规的“筛分纯度法”和“布林值法”,简单易行、成本低廉,对铝用阳极生产工艺有较好的指导性。通过对布林值测定法和吸油量测定法的测量原理、设备投资经济及其测量结果的分析,发现布林值和吸油量在数值上具有对应关系,从而在预焙阳极生产中吸油量代替布林值具有一定的可行性。通过工业试验研究表明,粉料吸油量125~130ml/30g的时候,预焙阳极质量最好,预焙阳极各项指标处于最优状态。
The method for detecting the oil absorption of anode powders for aluminum was studied in the paper.The“Powder oil absorption method”is simpler and cheaper than the conventional“Sieving purity method”and“Blaine value method”,which serves as a good guidance for aluminum anode pro-duction process.Through the analysis of the measurement principle,equipment investment economics and measurement results of the Blaine method and Powder oil absorption measurement method,it was found that the Blaine value and the oil absorption amount have some correspondence in numerical value,so it was somewhat feasible to replace Blaine value with the oil absorption amount in the prebaked anode production.The industrial experiments showed that when the powder oil absorption powder was 12.5〜13.0 ml/30g,the prebaked anode quality was the best,and the indexes of prebaked an-odes were in an optimal state.
