稀土元素Ce对6063铝合金组织和腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 制备了稀土Ce的质量分数分别为0%、0.1%的6063铝合金试样,进行了腐蚀性能测试。利用金相显微镜对6063铝合金的组织进行了分析,用失重法分析了6063铝合金的腐蚀动力学,利用扫描电镜分析了6063铝合金腐蚀后的显微组织。结果表明,加入质量分数0.1%的稀土Ce,使铝合金进的晶粒度从115.4μm下降到92.5μm,平均腐蚀率下降0.12%;面扫描结果显示腐蚀处Al元素很少,在其余处分布较多,C、Cl元素分布较为均匀,部分Fe元素偏聚在腐蚀处,O和S元素分布几乎一致,均集聚在腐蚀处。 The 6063 aluminum alloy samples with rare earth element Ce of 0% and 0.1% mass fraction were prepared,for which the corrosion properties were tested.The microstructure of 6063 aluminum alloy was analyzed by metallographic microscope,the corrosion kinetics of 6063 aluminum alloy was analyzed by weight loss method,and the microstructure of 6063 aluminum alloy after corrosion was analyzed by SEM.The results showed that the grain size of aluminum alloy decreased from 115.4μm to 92.5μm after the rare earth element Ce with 0.1% mass fraction was added,and the average corrosion rate decreased by 0.12%.The surface scanning results showed that the A1 element in the corrosion area was much less,but its distribution in other areas was much more.The distribution of C and Cl elements was more uniform,some Fe elements gathered together in the corrosion area.The distribution of O and S elements was almost the same,which all gathered together in the corrosion area.
