水平排渗管对尾矿堆积坝渗流场影响三维分析 被引量:5

摘要 尾矿库的安全是矿山生产活动必要的保证,尾矿库的渗流稳定分析是尾矿库安全的重要组成部分。为分析水平排渗管对渗流场的影响,采用MIDAS GTX NX分析软件对某尾矿库进行渗流场模拟计算。根据地形和尾矿库数据建立三维模型,模拟设置和不设置排渗管、以及不同排渗管布置长度、间距等方案在正常运行工况和洪水运行工况下渗流场分布,获得不同布置方案下浸润线位置及埋深。结果表明:设置水平排渗管能有效降低浸润线,对原有设计排渗管进行优化设置及模拟计算,分别得到布置排渗管水平间距、垂直间距以及排渗管长度与浸润线最小埋深的关系曲线,为尾矿库水平排渗管合理布置提供了一定的理论基础。 The safety of tailing reservoir is a necessary guarantee for mine production activities,and the seepage stability analysis of tailing reservoir is an important part of tailing reservoir safety.In order to analyze the influence of horizontal seepage pipe on seepage field,MIDAS GTX NX analysis software is used to simulate the seepage field of a tailing reservoir,and a three-dimensional model is established according to the data of topography and tailing reservoir.The seepage field distribution under normal operation condition and flood operation condition is simulated,and the location and burial depth of seepage line under different layout schemes are obtained by simulating the distribution of seepage field under normal operation condition and flood operation condition,such as setting and not setting seepage pipe,and different arrangement length and spacing of seepage pipe.The results show that the horizontal drainage pipe can effectively reduce the infiltration line,and the original design drainage pipe can be optimized and simulated.The curves of the relationship between the horizontal spacing,the vertical spacing,the length of the drainage pipe and the minimum buried depth of the seepage line are obtained respectively,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the reasonable arrangement of the horizontal seepage pipe in the tailings reservoir.
