摘要
选取采用不同轧制润滑油参数的粗轧、中轧、薄轧铝箔坯料,通过显微组织、SEM、EDS、XRD等分析方法,对比轧制润滑油添加剂、黏度、油膜强度及闪点不同的铝箔坯料组织变化,分析轧制润滑油参数对超薄双零铝箔坯料组织的影响。提出了轧制工艺润滑油的综合管理方案,以提高铝箔生产的稳定性和产品质量。分析研究表明,润滑油添加剂使用量在5.5%左右,并且轧制油在40℃的黏度粗轧时控制在2.2 mm^2/s左右,中轧时控制在1.8 mm^2/s左右,薄轧时控制在1.5 mm^2/s,闪点在200~300℃,油膜强度在127 N以上,所生产的超薄双零铝箔表面质量较好。
he rough rolling,medium rolling and thin rolling aluminum foil billet with different rolling lubricating oil parameters was used to compare the microstructure changes of aluminum foil billet with different rolling lubricating oil additive,viscosity,oil film strength and flash point by means of microstructure,SEM,EDS and XRD methods,so as to analyze effects of rolling lubricating oil parameters on the microstructure of ultra-thin double zero aluminum foil billet.The comprehensive management scheme of rolling process lubricating oil was put forward,in order to improve the stability and product quality of aluminum foil production.The results show that the surface quality of the ultra-thin double zero aluminum oil is better when the amount of lubricating oil additive is about 5.5%and the viscosity of rolling oil is about 2.2 mm^2/s at 40℃for rough rolling,the medium rolling is controlled at about 1.8 mm^2/s,the thin rolling is controlled at 1.5 mm^2/s,the flash point is between 200℃and 300℃,and the oil film is above 127 N.
