赤泥-废旧阴极高温协同处理资源化利用 被引量:1

High temperature co-treatment of spent pot-lining and red mud for resource utilization

摘要 设计四因素三水平L9(4^3)正交试验开展赤泥-废旧阴极协同处理回收铁铝钠的还原性烧结试验研究,结果表明,最适宜烧结工艺为:温度950℃,钙比C/S=1.9,4SPL,碱比N/A=1.0,时间120 min。该条件下Al2O3和Na2O回收率分别为84%和91.76%,Fe2O3还原率78.72%。试验表明两废渣协同处理可实现资源化利用,具有较好的环境效益。 Co-treatment of spent pot-lining and red mud for recovering Fe,Al and Na through reductive roasting process was carried out by four factor and three level L9(4^3)orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimized conditions are:temperature 950℃,C/S=1.9,4SPL,N/A=1.0,time 120 min.Under these conditions,the recovery of Al2O3 and Na2O are 84%and 91.76%respectively,and the reduction rate of Fe2O3 is 78.72%.The experimental results show that the two wastes can be used as resources and have good environmental benefits.
