Development and application of graphite dipping machine of mechanical rotary stirring type for aluminum electrolysis

对原喷吹式蘸石墨机在生产过程中存在问题进行总结分析,结合生产工艺研究开发了机械旋转搅拌式蘸石墨机,解决了原喷吹式蘸石墨机煤油石墨混合液不能均匀涂在钢爪表面的问题,降低了铁炭压降、提高了钢爪与磷铁环分离效率。

Existing problems of the original injection type graphite dipping machine during the production process are summarized and analyzed,and the graphite dipping machine of mechanical rotary stirring type is developed based on the production technology research.The problem of unevenly-coated steel stub with kerosence graphite mixture in the original injection type graphite dipping machine is thus addressed,the voltage drop of the iron carbon is reduced,and the separation efficiency for steel stub and thimble is improved as well.
