α-氧化铝回转窑运行问题分析及改进措施

摘要 某氧化铝厂在原焙烧炉上嫁接一台α-氧化铝回转窑,作为炉窑串联氧化铝煅烧工艺的新尝试。由于在α-氧化铝烧制中初次使用炉窑串联煅烧工艺,出现较多问题,使用周期不超过1个月,影响正常生产。本文结合α-氧化铝回转窑使用现状,分析影响运行问题的原因,针对问题制定有效的改进措施,使回转窑的运转周期最长达到88天,大幅降低生产成本。 One α-alumina rotary kiln was grafted on the original calciner in an alumina refinery,as a new attempt of alumina calcination process in series.Due to the initial use of the calciner and kiln series process in α-alumina calcination,there were many problems,and the service cycle was no more than one month,affecting the normal production.In this paper,based on the current situation of the use of alpha-alumina otary kiln,the causes affecting the operating problems were analyzed,and effective improvement measures were made to solve the problems,so that the operation cycle of rotary kiln could reach 88 days at the longest,and the production cost was greatly reduced.
