摘要
氟化物是铝电解过程中主要的污染物。在电解过程中,氟化物以有组织排放和无组织排放的形式进入大气,现今有组织排放的烟气已经得到有效处理,减少电解车间无组织排放是氟化物减排的重中之重,亟需有效地监测手段以及系统的减排措施。本文提出了人工监测系统和在线监测系统两种无组织排放监测手段,并针对电解槽启动、大修以及生产过程三个阶段展开论述,提出了电解车间无组织排放系统减排措施。为环保部门的无组织监测提供了方案,为企业的无组织减排提供了综合治理措施。
As the main pollutant during aluminum electrolysis,fluoride is discharged to the atmosphere in an organized or unoganized way during the electrolysis process.Now adays,its the top priority for fluoride reduction to reduce the unorganized emissions from potroom since the organized fluoride emission has been effectively treated,so effective monitoring method and systematic emission reduction measures are urgently needed.In this paper,two types of unorganized emission monitoring methods are proposed,namely,manual monitoring system and online monitoring system.Three stages of pot start-up,overhaul and production process are also discussed,and the unorganized fluoride emission reduction measures are put forward.It provides a scheme for the unorganized monitoring of environmental protection departments and comprehensive emission reduction measures for companies.
