摘要
评估医学生职业精神现状有利于进一步发现当前医学人文教育课程以及医学实践出现的问题。通过国内外医学生职业精神概念内涵解读,在此基础上系统地比较分析医学生职业精神测量工具关注的内容、研究方法以及测量主体,为探索全面、科学地测量与提高医学生职业精神提供参考。
With the society attaching new connotation to medical students’professionalism,evaluating the current situation of medical students’professionalism is conducive to further discovering the problems existing in current medical humanistic education courses and practice.Based on the interpretation of the medical students’professionalism at home and abroad,this paper systematically compares and analyzes the methods and measuring subjects concerned with the measurement of professionalism of medical students,and provides references for comprehensively and scientifically exploring the measurement and improving of professionalism for medical students.
