The construction of the teaching staff is an issue that must be emphasized in the training and deepening reform of our military’s high-quality new-type military medical personnel in the new era.The Military Medical University focuses on the needs of transformative construction and the tasks of college construction in the new era,with specific aims at the current needs and problems of young teachers’ideological,working and career development.From the perspective of needs and policy guidance from ideological guidance,teaching and research growth and development,it strengthens the innovation and guidance of the young teachers’talent system,systematically promotes the reform of the young teachers’development system and management system,and provides a strong talent guarantee for accelerating the transformation of military medical universities.
