摘要
在医教协同的背景下,临床医学专业学位研究生需要在三年的临床学习和实践中完成由医学生到住培医生的角色转变,这需要医学院校参与到临床医学专业学位研究生的日常教学和临床实践中,努力思考如何培养医德高尚的临床医学专业学位研究生,并引导其将高尚的医德修养带入往后的临床工作中。汕头大学医学院及其附属医院在着重为学生构建良好的学医氛围和行医环境、配备医德高尚的导师悉心指导、树立优秀同学的榜样力量,以及引导临床研究生提高医德素养等医德教育方面表现突出,本文在分析其成功经验的基础上,着力探讨在市场经济背景下,应如何在创新医德教育方式、建立医德评价体系以及正面宣传教育等方面进一步加强和完善临床医学专业学位研究生的医德教育。
Under the background of coordination between health care and medical education,professional degree postgraduates of clinical medical are facing the challenge of adapting to the role of a doctor instead of a student in the three years of study and clinical practice.Therefore,medical colleges and universities need to be involved in the process of teaching and clinical practice,think about how to cultivate noble medical ethics of these students,and guide its noble medical ethics accomplishment into their clinical work in the future.Shantou University Medical College and its affiliated hospitals focus on building agood medical environment for clinical students and promote ethic education through the noble medical ethics teacher guidance and outstanding students’examples.Based on the analysis of the successful experience of medical ethics education for professional degree postgraduates of Clinical Medical in Shantou University Medical College and its affiliated hospitals,this paper discusses how to further strengthen and improve the medical ethics education for professional degree postgraduates of Clinical Medical by innovating medical ethics education methods and establishing a medical ethics evaluation system and positive publicity and education under the development of market economy.
