整合医学是新时代医学发展的必然趋势,基于整合理念的医学教育是培养胜任未来医学模式优秀医师的前提。教学查房作为临床实践教学的主要内容,对于建立医学生临床诊疗思维、提升临床诊疗能力至关重要。如何创新性地将整合理念应用于专科教学查房实践中,初步探索这一模式教学成效,是提高临床教学质量的方法,亦是深入教学改革内涵,践行整体观、全人观的医学思想的具体体现。

Holistic Integrative Medicine(HIM)is an inevitable trend in the development of medical science in the new era.Medical education based on the vision of integration is the prerequisite for cultivating excellent physicians who are qualified for future medical models.As the main content of clinical practice teaching,teaching ward round is very important for establishing medical students’clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking and improving clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.How to innovatively apply the concept of integration to the specific links of specialist teaching rounds,and to explore the effectiveness of this model teaching is not only a way to improve the quality of clinical teaching,but also to deepen the connotation of teaching reform,and to practice the concrete manifestation of’holistic view’and’people-oriented’.
