移情、服务传递创新与营销绩效 被引量:1

Empathy, Service Delivery Innovation and Marketing Performance

摘要 文章基于服务创新理论,探讨移情对服务传递创新、营销绩效的影响以及服务传递创新的中介作用。文章以205家工业品制造企业的实地调研数据为样本,用实证研究方法构建理论模型,并通过结构方程模型方法验证假设。研究结果表明:移情正向影响服务传递创新;移情正向影响财务绩效与市场绩效;服务传递创新在移情对营销绩效的正向影响中起中介作用。
