实施为导向的城市设计一体化编制思路研究--以石家庄中央商务区城市设计为例

The Integration of Implementation-Oriented Urban Design:Taking the Urban Design of Shijiazhuang CBD as an Example

城市设计实施是城市设计作为"城市空间设计提供方"的核心价值,目前国内城市设计项目实施情况参差不齐,笔者以石家庄中央商务区项目为例,试图探讨一个一体化实施的大型项目,如何实现城市设计以落地为导向的整体协同和操作流程。希望在市场需求和公共利益之间取得平衡的同时,与后续各项设计工作进行有效衔接,保障整体项目的有序推进。

The Implementation urban design is the core value of urban design as the"provider of urban space designer".At present,the implementation of urban design in China is uneven.Taking Shijiazhuang CBD project as an example,we try to explore how to realize the overall coordination and operation process of urban design guided by the implementation of a large-scale integrated project.We hope that the balance between market demand and public interest will be achieved,and effective connection will be made with subsequent design work to ensure the orderly promotion of the overall project.
