超声兰姆波测井技术在渤海油田的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对现有声波测井和扇区水泥胶结测井技术在低密度水泥浆固井质量评价、套管居中度测试及套损检测等方面存在的应用局限和难题,基于脉冲回波和挠曲波成像技术研制了超声兰姆波成像测井仪,建立了套损评价、固井质量评价及套管偏心率计算等测井解释理论模型并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明:超声兰姆波成像测井技术较常规测井手段具有更高的分辨率和更直观的测井结果;渤海油田应用测井解释成果符合率为96%。该项技术可有效判断套管环空介质和水泥返高,可准确评价低密度水泥浆固井质量、套损情况和套管偏心率,可为油田射孔、弃井作业及套管处理等作业方案提供决策依据,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 It is restricted and difficult for present sonic logging and sector cement logging technologies used in cementing quality evaluation of low-density cement slurry,casing eccentricity evaluation and casing damage detection.An ultrasonic Lamb wave logging tool has been developed based on pulse echo and flexural wave imaging technology,and a theoretical model for logging interpretation evaluation has been established and applied in field.The results show that the ultrasonic Lamb wave logging tool has higher resolution and provides more visual logging results than conventional logging methods.Then theoretical logging interpretation models were established for casing damage evaluation,cementing quality evaluation,and casing eccentricity calculation.Application in Bohai Oilfield shows the coincidence rate up to 96%.This technology can effectively identify the fluid in casing annulus and cement top,casing damage and casing eccentricity,so it is helpful to oilfield perforation,abandoned well operation,casing treatment and other operations.It is a support to the application of logging technology and equipment.
