摘要
为减轻深海钻井作业中钻柱随波浪产生的升沉运动对水下工作设备下放、作业和回收产生的影响,使钻具能够在比较恒定的钻压下正常作业,研制了DC40/60-Y型被动式钻柱升沉补偿装置。该装置搭建了一套基于Profibus-DP网络的现场设备层到控制层的分布式控制系统,采用CPU+ET200M的主从控制模式,完成数据的实时交换,实现了升沉补偿系统智能化司钻操作,不仅可使全套钻具在钻进时不受海洋波浪升沉影响,还可以减缓平台运动对水下工作设备的影响,解决了水下设备准确下放的技术问题。现场试验结果表明,该装置可实现最大补偿载荷为400kN,最大静载荷为600 kN,最大补偿行程为3 m,最大补偿速度为1 m/s;其配套的电控系统操作简单方便,通信安全可靠,适应能力强。研究成果可为海洋钻井生产提供技术参考。
A DC40/60-Y passive drillstring heave compensation device is developed to reduce the impact of the heave motion of drillstring with waves on the running and working of underwater equipment in deep-sea drilling operation and provide relatively constant WOB for drilling equipment.Equipped with a distributed control system from the field device level to the control level based on the Profibus-DP network,and supported by the master-slave control mode of CPU+ET200M to complete real-time data exchange and realize intelligent operation of the heave compensation system,the device not only makes the full set of drilling tools free from the influence of ocean waves,but also can reduce the impact of platform motion on underwater equipment,and guarantee the accurate run of underwater equipment.Field tests show that the device can provide a maximum compensation load of 400 kN,a maximum static load of 600 kN,a maximum compensation stroke of 3 m,and a maximum compensation speed of 1 m/s.The supporting electronic control system is simple and convenient to operate,safe and reliable in communication,and strong in adaptability.The research results can provide technical support for offshore drilling operation.
