基于CAN总线的固定测斜仪数据采集系统设计 被引量:11

摘要 目前固定测斜仪普遍采用RS-485总线的串接通讯方式,长时间的野外恶劣环境容易导致通讯线缆阻抗不匹配,通讯成功率低以及抗干扰能力差;采集到的数据局限于PC电脑端显示,实时查看监测点不灵活。针对以上问题,设计了基于CAN总线的固定测斜仪和数据采集单元,解决了数据通讯成功率偏低的问题;设置了蓝牙通讯模块,实现了手机移动端的现场数据采集监测。测试结果表明:开发的数据采集系统实现了固定测斜仪数据的高精度采集、稳定可靠通讯及现场便携式采集监测的功能。 At present,the fixed inclinometer generally adopts the serial communication mode of the RS-485 bus.The long⁃term harsh environment in the field easily leads to the impedance mismatch of the communication cable,the communication suc⁃cess rate is low,and the anti⁃interference ability is poor.The collected data is only displayed by the PC computer,and the monito⁃ring point in real time is not flexible.In view of the above problems,this study designed a fixed inclinometer and data acquisition unit based on CAN bus,which solved the problem of low data communication success rate,set up the bluetooth communication module to realize the local data acquisition and monitoring of mobile phone mobile terminal.The test results show that the data ac⁃quisition system developed by this research has realized the high⁃precision acquisition,stable and reliable communication of the fixed inclinometer data and the function of on⁃site portable acquisition and monitoring.
