摘要
为了提高仿生嗅觉检测系统性能,设计了一种具有气体体积分数、湿度和传感器阵列加热电压控制接口的基于动态配气的仿生嗅觉检测系统。在载气流量为50 mL/min(恒流控制)下,选取氮气、乙烯分别作为载气和待测样本,开展单因素试验,优化试验控制参数。试验结果表明,该检测系统工作在气体体积分数为0.05%,传感器阵列加热电压为5.0 V和气体相对湿度30%时,其灵敏度最大,响应和恢复时间最短。
To improve the performance of bionic olfaction detection system,a bionic olfaction detection system was designed,which was based on dynamic gas distribution and had the interface of gas volume fraction,humidity and heating voltage of the sen⁃sor array control.Under carrier gas flow of 50 mL/min(constant current control),nitrogen and ethylene gas were respectively se⁃lected as carrier gas and testing sample,single factor test was carried out and test control parameters were optimized.The results of experiment show that when the ethylene gas volume fraction is 0.05%,the sensor array heating voltage is 5.0 V,and the gas rela⁃tive humidity is 30%,the sensitivity is the maximum,and the response and the recovery time are the minimum.
