摘要
在油井动态监测过程中,人们根据井下流体密度,辅以持水率和流量信息,可以计算出油井中不同层位的油、气、水分相产量,为地层资源评价、井下施工作业提供及时准确的依据。因此,井下流体密度的在线测量具有重要的意义。根据音叉传感器的谐振频率与音叉叉体上所粘附的液体的密度之间具有单调的函数关系,提出了一种谐振式音叉密度测井方法与检测电路设计。该方法不仅测量范围广(0.80~1.20 g/cm^3),而且测量精度高(±0.03 g/cm^3),可以满足油田实际生产测井过程中对井下混合流体密度测量的要求。
In dynamic monitoring of oil wells,according to downhole fluid density,water holdup and flow rate information,oil,gas and water production in different layers of oil wells can be calculated,which provides timely and accurate basis for forma⁃tion resource evaluation and downhole construction.Therefore,the on⁃line measurement of downhole fluid density is of great signif⁃icance.According to the monotonous functional relationship between the resonant frequency of the tuning fork sensor and the den⁃sity of the liquid adhering to the tuning fork,a method of resonant tuning fork density logging and the design of the detection cir⁃cuit are proposed.This method not only has a wide measurement range(0.80~1.20 g/cm^3),but also has high measurement accu⁃racy(±0.03 g/cm^3).It can meet the requirements of downhole mixed fluid density measurement in the actual production logging process of oilfields.
