广西在校大学生手机游戏成瘾现状及影响因素研究

A study on the current situation and influencing factors of mobile game addiction among students in universities of Guangxi

目的:研究在校大学生手机游戏(手游)成瘾现状及影响因素。方法:采用分层抽样的方法对南宁市28所高校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:发放问卷1 579份,回收有效问卷1 539份,有效问卷回收率为97.47%。调查对象中手游接触人数为1 424名,占调查人数92.53%,其中18.32%的人表示自己已经沉迷于手游,14.81%的人认为手游对自己的生活造成很大的影响;未接触过手游的人数有115名,占7.74%。手游成瘾倾向在性别间存在差异(P=0.046),玩游戏的频率及每天花费时间与成瘾倾向具有相关性(P<0.001)。结论:目前在校大学生手游成瘾现象较为严重,应针对不同性别、不同成瘾程度等方面对大学生进行健康教育,培养大学生的自控力需要社会、学校和家庭的共同努力。

Objective: To study the current situation and influencing factors of mobile game addiction(mobile games) among students in universities. Methods: The method of stratified sampling and questionnaire survey were conducted among students from 28 colleges and universities in Nanning. Results: A total of 1,579 questionnaires were sent out, and 1,539 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 97.47%. Among the students of survey, the number of contacts with mobile games was 1,424, accounting for92.53% of the surveyed students, of which 18.32% had become addicted to mobile games, and 14.81% believed that mobile games had a great influence on their lives. There were 115 students of survey who had no contact with mobile games, accounting for 7.74% of the surveyed students. The addictive tendency of mobile games was significantly different between males and females(P=0.046). The frequency of playing games and the time spent per day were correlated with the addictive tendency(P<0.001). Conclusion: At present, the phenomenon of mobile game addiction among college and university students is serious. Health education should be carried out for college and university students according to different genders and different degrees of addiction. The cultivation of college students’ self-control requires the joint efforts of society, schools and families.
