基于PEST模型的军队档案知识服务体系构建研究

Research on the System Construction of Military Archive Knowledge Service Based on PEST Model

智慧时代的浪潮下知识服务成为档案资源开发利用的大趋势,论文结合军队档案服务工作的特点,提出从系统论的视角构建军队档案知识服务体系的设想。本文首先借鉴PEST分析模型,结合军队档案工作的流程,提炼出资源(Resource)、技术(Technology)、用户(User)和管理(Management)四个维度,然后在此四个维度的基础上,构建军队档案知识服务体系中档案资源、技术应用、评价反馈、管理保障等四个子系统,最后论述各子系统的建设目标、内容、特点、原则等。

Knowledge service has become a major trend of the archive resources in the tide of wisdom era.This paper puts forward the idea of building the military archive knowledge service system from the perspective of system theory by combining the characteristics of military archives service.Firstly,the article refines four dimensions like Resources(R),Technology(T),Users(U)and Management(M)from PEST model as well as archival service process.Based on the four dimensions,the paper constructs four subsystem.Finally,it discusses the construction objectives,contents,characteristics and principles of each subsystem.
