强农兴农一流创新创业人才培养的思考与实践

Thinking and Practice of Cultivating First-class Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Strengthening Agriculture and Promoting Agriculture

坚持立德树人,精心培育一流创新创业人才,为共克时艰、打赢脱贫攻坚战、推进乡村振兴做贡献,是涉农高校肩负的历史使命和责任。文章分析了培养涉农创新创业人才的紧迫性。以华中农业大学为例,总结了其120年来在“宏农学扬国光”价值追求下的办学尤其是人才培养的特点与成效。文章提出,培养一流创新创业人才的路径包括:从国家发展战略高度认识“新农科”,响应重大社会需求调整学科布局,基于“三螺旋”体系提升人才培养质量,坚持开放驱动以提升国际化水平。

It is the historical mission and responsibility of agriculture-related colleges and universities to make contributions to overcome difficulties,win the battle against poverty,and promote rural rejuvenation by cultivating first-class innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The urgency of cultivating talents for agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship is analyzed.Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,this paper summarizes the characteristics and effects of running a school,especially the training of talents,under the pursuit of the value of“For the glory of the nation promote agronomy”in the past 120 years.The ways to cultivate first-class innovative and entrepreneurial talents include:understanding the Neo-Agriculture education from the perspective of national development strategy,adjusting the discipline layout in response to major social needs,improving the quality of talent training based on the“three helices”system,and insisting on the open-door drive to improve the level of internationalization.
