高校农科人才培养与农户科技需求对接状况的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Docking of Agricultural Talents Training in Colleges and Universities with the Scientific and Technological Demand of Farmers

农科人才培养以服务乡村为主要目标,以满足农户科技需求为基本导向。论文在探讨高校农科人才培养与农户科技需求对接的理论与现实意义的基础上,依托3所院校农科学生及3个省份抽样调查数据,以描述性统计分析探寻对接现状,并运用logistic分析影响对接的基本因素。研究表明,农科人才服务乡村意识比较薄弱、农户科技需求偏低,在很大程度上制约了供需对接,迟滞了乡村产业振兴步伐。为此,建议通过改进农科人才培养体制、提高农户科技需求、培育新型职业农民等举措来化解矛盾,实现供需对接、促进乡村农业发展。

Agricultural talents training aims at serving the countryside,and takes meeting farmers scientific and technological needs as the basic orientation.On the basis of discussing the theoretical and practical significance of the docking between agricultural talents cultivation and farmers scientific and technological needs in universities,this paper relies on the sample survey data of agricultural students in three universities and three provinces to analyze the current situation by descriptive statistical analysis,and uses logistic analysis to analyze the factors affecting docking.The study found that the awareness of agricultural talents in serving the countryside is relatively weak,and farmers low demand for science and technology,to a large extent,restricts the docking of the two,and delays the pace of rural industry revitalization.Therefore,it is suggested we resolve the contradictions and promote rural agricultural development by improving the training system of agricultural talents,increasing farmers scientific and technological needs,and cultivating new types of professional farmers.
