摘要
大学生就业受社会、学校、学生三个方面共同作用影响,其中学生就业主观期望与社会需求的匹配程度对就业率目标实现影响最甚。通过选取一所“双一流”高校的优势专业,利用已毕业学生与在校学生的调查数据进行分析,发现当前该专业学生的就业期望偏差主要是公务员就业选择扎堆、薪酬水平预期偏高、性别差异的职业选择分化以及择业价值观变化,这些因素均显著影响学生就业率。在此基础之上,针对存在问题提出了相应政策建议。
The employment of college graduates is affected by society,college and college graduates.The most important interfering factor to realize the employment rate of college graduates is the matching degree between college students employment expectation and social needs.Based on the survey data of the graduates and the on-campus students from the preponderant specialties in a“Double First-Class”university,this paper discovers the primal problems about the employment of expectation and deviation in present graduates:gathering together for civil servants,excessive salary level requirements,different career choices caused by gender difference and changes in career values.All the factors have a significant impact on the employment rate of college graduates.The paper puts forward some pertinent policy suggestions for the solution to the problem based on the previous analysis.
