摘要
聚丙烯(PP)是由丙烯聚合而成的,具有优良的力学性能、耐热性且成本低廉,在汽车、包装、军事、日用品、医用品等领域应用广泛。但是,目前工业化生产的共聚聚丙烯存在刚性或抗冲强度低等缺点,往往需要添加成核剂对其改性。本文综述了聚丙烯的立体构型、晶型,成核剂的分类和作用机理,并介绍了成核剂对共聚聚丙烯的性能的影响。
Polypropylene(PP)is synthesized from propylene.Due to its excellent mechanical properties,heat resistance and low cost,PP is widely applied in automobiles,packaging,military,daily necessities,medical industry sectors and so on.However,the copolymerized PP from industrial production has such shortcomings including low rigidity or low impact strength that nucleation agents have to be added to modify such products.In this paper,we not only reviewed the stereo configuration and crystal form of PP,and classification and mechanism of nucleating agents,but introduced the effects of nucleation agent on the properties of copolymerized PP.
