摘要
对天然气站场内承压类特种设备的定期检验是安全运行的基础,其检验方法需要保持设备最小损伤或无损伤。通过设备损伤模式的归纳,表明设备可能产生的损伤模式主要包括:腐蚀、介质冲刷造成的壁厚减薄和机械损伤造成的新生裂纹缺陷;通过探讨有无涂层和不同涂层厚度对检测结果的影响,表明在检测面保留不超过0.5 mm厚度的防腐涂料层进行磁粉检测和超声波检测,可以更高效、更安全地实现无损检测,满足定期检验、保证设备质量的要求;通过电流衰减法检测埋地钢质管道防腐破损点时,信号加载方式改用"回路法",对较短管道和有信号干扰的检测环境非常有效。提出了有针对性的检验建议,可供同行参考。
Regular inspection of special pressure equipment in the natural gas station is the foundation of safe operation, corresponding methods should maintain minimum or no damage to the equipment. Through the summary on the damage modes of the equipment, it shows that the possible damage modes of the equipment mainly include wall thickness thinning caused by corrosion and medium erosion as well as new crack defects caused by mechanical damages. By discussing the influence of with/without coating and different coating thicknesses on the test results, it shows that magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing can be carried out more efficiently and safely, and can meet the requirements of regular inspection and equipment quality assurance. When the current attenuation method is used to detect the anti-corrosion damage point of buried steel pipeline, the "loop method" is used instead of traditional signal loading method, which is very effective for the detection environment with short pipeline and signal interference. Some pertinence suggestions are put forward for reference for peers.
