中车贵阳车辆有限公司各类型13台螺杆式空压机故障频发,影响企业正常生产运行。对2014-2019年空压机运行过程中的常见故障进行统计,表明常见故障引发原因主要包括:主机排气温度高、压力/温度传感器故障、进气系统故障、高压油管爆裂漏油、冷却器穿孔漏油、其他各接头处漏油、冷却风扇电机过载等。2016年起,公司动力车间成立维修队伍,将常见故障归类为自停、加载失败和内部漏油,及时采取相应的解决措施。改进后,空压机故障次数从2014年的34次减少到2019年的6次。同时,总结了提高螺杆式空压机运行可靠性的维护保养方法,为提升员工队伍的技能、企业正常生产运行提供了保障。

13 screw air compressors of various types in CRRC Guiyang Co.,Ltd.have frequent faults,which affect the normal production and operation of the company.The common faults during the operation of air compressor in the year 2014-2019 are statistically analyzed.The results show that the causes of common faults mainly include high exhaust temperature of main engine,fault of pressure/temperature sensor,fault of air intake system,oil leakage due to high pressure oil pipe bursting,oil leakage due to cooler perforation,oil leakage at other joints,overload of cooling fan motor,etc.Since 2016,a maintenance team has been set up in the company’s power workshop to classify common faults as self-stop,loading fault and internal oil leakage,and corresponding measures are taken in time.After improvement,the number of air compressor faults decreased from 34 in the year 2014 to 6 in the year 2019.At the same time,summarized are the maintenance methods to improve the reliability of screw air compressor operation,improved are the skills of the staff,and provided are the guarantee for the normal production and operation of the company.
