摘要
预制装配式桥梁采用龙门吊、架桥机等设备进行T构悬臂拼装、边跨拼装、施工合龙段,体系转换形成整联拼装连续梁桥。而架设过程中的预应力体系施工成为预制拼装梁桥的重要施工环节,它既是梁体的一道锁链,更是梁体的一道筋骨。对比国内外因预应力张拉压浆不规范而出现的各种质量问题及质量事故,皆是因张拉操作、压浆材料的水灰比、压浆过程的压力、浆液的充盈饱满等问题。预应力体系智能化施工技术以节段预制拼装桥梁施工为载体,研究预制节段梁桥智能张拉压浆施工方法,通过对施工工艺的探索、试验,总结出一套适用于预制节段梁预应力智能张拉压浆的施工技术,通过该成套技术的应用,保证了预应力体系施工质量,提高施工效率,缩短施工工期。
The precast and assembled bridge adopts the equipment of Gantry Crane and bridge erecting machine to assemble the t-shaped cantilever,the side Span,the closure section and the system transformation to form a continuous beam bridge.The prestress system construction in the process of erection becomes an important construction link of precast and assembled beam bridge.It is not only a chain of the beam body,but also a skeleton of the beam body.Compared with the various quality problems and quality accidents caused by non-standard prestress tension and grouting at home and abroad,they are all caused by tension operation,water-cement ratio of grouting material,pressure of grouting process,filling and fullness of grouting liquid,etc.The intelligent construction technology of pre-stressed system is based on the construction of segmental precast and assembled bridge,and the construction method of intelligent tensioning and grouting for precast segmental bridge is studied,this paper sums up a set of construction technology of prestress intelligent tension and grouting for precast segmental beam,through the application of this set of technology,the construction quality of prestress system is ensured,the construction efficiency is improved and the construction period is shortened.
