针灸联合扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗肩周炎的临床研究

Clinical study on acupuncture combined with Futalin Emulsion for external use in treatment of shoulder periarthritis

目的比较分析针灸联合药物和单纯药物治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性分析方法,选取2017年7月至2019年4月该院康复科收治的肩周炎门诊患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(针灸联合扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗)和对照组(单纯扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗),每组35例。比较分析两组患者一般临床资料、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效、治疗前和结束时肩关节功能评分、治疗中不良反应发生率等。结果两组患者治疗后VAS、肩关节功能评分均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均获得满意临床疗效,且治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗肩周炎能显著缓解疼痛,改善患者肩关节功能,且临床疗效明显,安全、可靠。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with drug and simple drug in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods The prospective study method was adopted.Seventy outpatients with shoulder periarthritis in the Rehabilitation Department of the hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into the treatment group(acupuncture combined with Futalin Emulsion for external use)and control group(simple Futalin Emulsion for external use treatment)by adopting the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The general clinical data,VAS before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function score before treatment and at the end of treatment,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS and shoulder joint function scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups achieved satisfactory clinical effects,moreover the treatment effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Futalin Emulsion for external use for treating shoulder periarthritis can significantly relieve pain and improve the shoulder joint function,moreover has obvious clinical effect,which is safe and reliable.
