基于老年体检者需求的程序化护理对其满意度及遵医行为的影响研究

Study on the influence of procedural nursing on the satisfaction and compliance behavior based on the needs of the elderly physical examinees

目的探讨基于老年体检者需求的程序化护理对其满意度及体检后遵医行为的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年3月在该院健康管理中心体检的397例老年体检者,随机分为对照组(198例)和研究组(199例)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于体检者需求的程序化护理。比较两组体检者的护理满意度及体检后遵医行为。结果研究组满意度为88.44%,明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组遵医嘱行为总分(74.32±2.31)分,优于对照组的(63.07±2.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于体检者需求的程序化护理可以有效提高健康管理中心老年体检者的满意度及遵医嘱行为,有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of procedural nursing on the satisfaction and compliance behavior based on the needs of the elderly physical examinees.Methods From September 2018 to March 2019,397 patients who underwent physical examination in the Health Management Center of the hospital were randomly divided into the control group(198 cases)and the research group(199 cases).The control group received procedural nursing,and the research group received procedural nursing based on the needs of physical examiners.The nursing satisfaction and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the study group was 88.44%,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of compliance behavior in the study group(74.32±2.31)points was better than that in the control group(63.07±2.64)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the Health Management Center,procedural nursing based on the needs of the physical examinees may effectively improve the satisfaction of the old people and has positive significance on their compliance behavior,which is worthy popularizing and applying.
