EPDM J2070在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用

Application of EPDM J2070 in Sidewall Compound of Tire

试验研究三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)J2070在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎侧胶配方中以10份EPDM J2070等量替代天然橡胶,胶料的抗硫化返原性能提高,硫化胶的物理性能和耐屈挠性能良好,耐老化性能提高;胎侧胶的耐臭氧老化性能提升两个等级,同时对成品轮胎的耐久性能无不良影响。

The application of EPDM J2070 in the sidewall compound of tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 10 phr EPDM J2070 to replace equal dosage of NR in the side compound formula,the anti-reversion property of the compound was improved,and the physical properties,flex resistance and aging resistance of the vulcanizate were good.Moreover,the ozone aging resistance of the sidewall compound was improved by two levels and there was no adverse effect on the durability of finished tire.
