摘要
简述轮胎均匀性试验机的基本结构和液压系统主要技术参数,介绍液压油温度控制原理,针对液压系统故障现象进行故障原因分析,确定控制技术改造方案。通过采用仪表控制技术方案对液压系统的油冷却机控制技术进行改造,使出现故障的轮胎均匀性试验机能够尽快恢复正常运行,为轮胎均匀性检测工作的顺利开展提供了保证,并为设备故障应急处理提供了新的思路。
The basic structure and main technical parameters of the hydraulic system of the tire uniformity testing machine were described.The principle of the hydraulic oil temperature control was introduced.The failure causes of the hydraulic system were analyzed,and the control technology transformation scheme was determined.The control technology of the oil cooler in the hydraulic system was reformed by using the instrument control technology scheme,so that the tire uniformity testing machine with sudden failure could resume normal operation as soon as possible,which provided a guarantee for the tire uniformity test,and provided a new idea for the emergency treatment of equipment failure.
