头痛为临床常见病、多发病,严重影响患者生活质量,头痛在中医中称为“头风”,分外病和内伤,秦老认为外感头痛以外感风寒、内热或湿邪为主,内伤头痛以气虚、血虚、肝火、寒厥、痰浊五种为要,通过研习秦老治头痛经验,深感秦老总结的虚证发作缓,实证发作急;虚证多兼晕,实证多兼胀,且虚证以肝阳为常见,实证以肝火为常见可提供临床参考,特与同仁分享。

Headache is a common clinical disease,frequently-occurring disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Headache is called"head wind"in traditional Chinese medicine,especially includes external diseases and internal injuries.Master Qin holds that external headache feeling has an outside feeling wind cold,inside heat or wet evil is given priority to,inside injury has a headache with qi asthenia,blood asthenia,irascibility,cold convulsion,and phlegm turbidness.Through the study of the Master Qin's experience in the treatment of headache,it is found that the onset of deficiency syndrome is slow and the empirical onset is urgent.The deficiency syndrome is accompanied with feeling dizzy,the empirical evidence is accompanied with bilge,and the deficiency syndrome is common with liver Yang,the empirical evidence is common with irascibility,which can provide the clinical reference,and be shared with the colleagues.
