苓甘五味姜辛汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果探讨

Effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨苓甘五味姜辛汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月在中山市博爱医院进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者74例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规西药进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用苓甘五味姜辛汤进行治疗。比较两组疗效及动脉二氧化碳分压(Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide in Artery,PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO2)改善情况。结果:研究组总有效率为97.3%(36/37),对照组总有效率为72.9%(27/37),研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组PaCO2与PaO2改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床治疗的过程中,在常规西药治疗的基础上应用苓甘五味姜辛汤进行治疗,可以有效地改善患者的临床症状,提升治疗有效率,改善患者二氧化碳分压及动脉血氧分压,临床效果显著,应当在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction(苓甘五味姜辛汤)on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:74 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and improvement of PaCO2(carbon dioxide partial pressure)and PaO2(arterial oxygen partial pressure)were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the research group was 97.3%(36/37),and that of the control group was 72.9%(27/37).The treatment effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of PaCO2 and PaO2 in the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical treatment of patients with COPD,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction can effectively relieve the patient's clinical symptoms,enhance treatment efficiency,improve patient’s PaCO2 partial pressure and arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,the clinical effect is remarkable,and it should be widely used in clinic.
