小柴胡汤加减治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction in patients with depression

目的:研究小柴胡汤加减治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取上海市嘉定区中医医院于2017年1月-2019年1月收治的抑郁症患者40例,依据治疗方案划分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规西药治疗(佳静安定,20例),治疗组采用小柴胡汤加减治疗方案(20例),对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后抑郁程度、生活质量、血清细胞因子变化。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分低于对照组,且生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory,GQOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及干扰素-γ(Interferon,IF-γ)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于抑郁症患者而言采用小柴胡汤加减治疗效果尤为显著,能够有效改善抑郁症状,调节血清细胞因子,有助于提高患者的生活质量,在临床上具有应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤加减)in patients with depression.Methods:40 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Alprazolam Tablets,20 cases),while the treatment group was treated with Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction(20 cases).The therapeutic effect,depression degree before and after treatment,quality of life,and changes in serum cytokines of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).HAMD score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and GQOL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-6 and IF-γin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with depression,the treatment effect of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction is particularly significant.It can effectively relieve depressive symptoms,regulate serum cytokines,and help improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it has application value in clinical practice.
