术后发热是外科常见的临床症状,西医认为其是由于术口感染、短期吸收热及肺部炎症感染等原因所致。中医根据其临床表现及特征,将术后发热归属于“伤后发热”“内伤发热”范畴。现代医学将术后发热分为感染性发热和非感染性发热,本文旨探讨术后非感染性发热的中医证型及治疗。

Postoperative fever is a common clinical symptoms.Western medicine believes that it is caused by surgical infection,short-term absorption of heat and pulmonary inflammation,and According to its clinical manifestations and characteristics,traditional Chinese medicine classifies postoperative fever as“post-injury fever”and“internal injury fever”.Therefore,postoperative fever should belong to the category of“fever after injury”and“fever after internal injury”in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern medicine divides postoperative fever into infectious fever and non-infectious fever.This paper discusses the TCM syndrome type and treatment of postoperative non-infectious fever.
