中药秦艽汤对膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床疗效及血清SOD、NO及MDA表达的影响

Effect of Qinjiao Decoction on clinical efficacy and expression of serum SOD,NO and MDA in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:研究中药秦艽汤对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效及血清超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)及丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)表达的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月在汕头市澄海区慢性病防治站进行治疗的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组30例,进行常规治疗。观察组30例,在对照组常规治疗的基础上配合中药秦艽汤进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后关节液肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(Matrix Metalloproteinase,MMP-3)水平,西大略湖和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)评分及膝关节软骨核磁共振(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)T2值均降低(P<0.05),观察组患者降低更为显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者SOD、NO、MDA水平均明显增高(P<0.01);对照组自3周起MDA水平显著升高,至9周维持在较高水平。在相同时间段内,观察组患者SOD、NO及MDA水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:利用中药秦艽汤对膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行治疗,降低血清中NO及MDA水平,升高血清SOD水平,明显提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of Qinjiao decoction on the clinical effect and the expression of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),serum nitric oxide(NO)and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty knee osteoarthritis patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Thirty patients in the control group received conventional treatment.Observation group of 30 cases,on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group with Chinese medicine Qinjiao decoction for treatment.Comparison of synovial fluid tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment Index(WOMAC)score and changes in knee cartilage MRI T2 values.The serum levels of SOD,NO and MDA were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the levels of synovial fluid TNF-α,PGE2,MMP-3,WOMAC score,and knee cartilage MRI T2 values of the two groups of patients were all reduced(P<0.05),and the reduction was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of SOD,NO,and MDA in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the MDA level in the control group increased significantly from 3 weeks to 9 and remained at a high level.In the same period of time,the levels of SOD,NO and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with Chinese medicine Qinjiao decoction can reduce the levels of NO and MDA in serum,increase the level of SOD in serum,and significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
