Observation of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of acne patients

目的:探讨痤疮患者采用六味地黄丸治疗的观察。方法:将2018年1月-2019年6月在武汉市五洲莱美整形美容医院皮肤科治疗的100例痤疮患者随机分为两组,对照组使用盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗,观察组服用六味地黄丸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、皮损积分变化、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96%(48/50),明显高于对照组的76%(38/50)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论:痤疮患者采用六味地黄丸治疗的效果显著,能有效滋阴凉血、抗炎、抗过敏,促进皮损的早期消退,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills(六味地黄丸)in the treatment of acne patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acne treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride capsule,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pills.The clinical curative effect,skin lesion integral change,adverse reaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76%(38/50)(P<0.05).The skin lesion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills is remarkable in the treatment of acne patients,it can effectively nourish Yin and cool blood,resist inflammation and allergy,and promote the early regression of skin lesions,which has positive clinical significance.
