火针联合龙氏正骨手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状的影响

Effects of fire acupuncture combined with Long's bone-setting manipulation on pain symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨火针联合龙氏正骨手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状的影响。方法:将2017年1月-2018年1月进入深圳市中医院治疗腰椎间盘突出症的120例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用龙氏正骨疗法对患者进行诊治,研究组在采用龙氏正骨疗法的基础上结合火针治疗手法。比较两组患者的临床效果以及两组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分、腰痛ODI评分标准(The Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分以及腰椎曲度值的比较。结果:研究组患者的总有效率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的各项指标均无较大差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的各项评价指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出的患者采用火针与龙氏正骨法相结合的治疗方式,能够明显改善患者的疼痛程度,利于患者身体健康的恢复,在临床推广中有积极的促进作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fire acupuncture combined with Long's bone-setting manipulation on the pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects.All patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were diagnosed and treated with Long's bone-setting,and the patients in the research group were treated with Long's bone-setting combined with fire acupuncture.The clinical effect and VAS score,ODI score and lumbar curvature were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the evaluation indicators of the patients in the study group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with fire acupuncture and Long's bone-setting manipulation can significantly relieve the pain degree of patients,facilitate the recovery of patients'physical health,and play a positive role in clinical promotion.
