中医护理方案在减轻骨科患者术后疼痛中的作用

The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme in alelviating postoperative pain of orthopaedic patients

目的:对骨科患者术后疼痛采取中医护理的作用进行探析。方法:将2017年2月-2018年2月日照市中医医院骨科收治的90例手术患者纳入研究中,通过数字表法随机分成研究组和对照组,各45例;对照组术后实施常规疼痛护理,研究组同时采取中医护理,应用数字疼痛强度量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)评测术后当天、1d、3d、5d时的疼痛度,并掌握患者护理满意度。结果:研究组患者术后1d、3d、5d的NRS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后8h无明显差异(P>0.05);通过问卷调查,研究组护理满意度为95.6%,对照组为82.2%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨折手术后采用中医护理方案,可有效减轻术后疼痛,提升护理满意度,临床意义重大。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative pain of orthopaedic patients.Methods 90 surgical patients admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by the numerical table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative pain nursing,while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the digital pain intensity scale(NRS)was used to evaluate the pain degree on the day,1d,3d,and 5d after the surgery,and to master the nursing satisfaction of patients.Results The NRS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1d,3d and 5d after surgery (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference at 8h after surgery(P>0.05).Through the questionnaire survey,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.6%,and that of the control group was 82.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great clinical significance to adopt traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme after fracture surgery to effectively reduce postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
