温阳化瘀消癥汤联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床研究

Clinical study on Wenyang Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with Manyuele in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的:探讨温阳化瘀消癥汤联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床研究。方法:将2017年1月-2018年6月在广宁县中医院住院治疗的子宫腺肌病患者90例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,对照1组单用曼月乐治疗,对照2组单用温阳化瘀消癥汤治疗,观察组使用温阳化瘀消癥汤联合曼月乐治疗,比较三组患者的临床疗效、痛经疗效、生化指标变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照1组的80%(24/30)、对照2组的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组痛经治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照1组的76.67%(23/30)、对照2组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月后的糖类抗原125(Carbohydrate Antigen,CA125)、前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平明显低于对照1组和2组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳化瘀消癥汤联合曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果显著,能有效缓解痛经,抑制各项血清因子的释放,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical study on treatment of adenomyosis with Wenyang Huayu Xiaozheng decoction(温阳化瘀消癥汤)combined with Mirena.Methods:Ninety patients with adenomyosis hospitalized in Guangning County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment schemes.Group 1 was treated with Manyuele alone,group 2 was treated with Wenyang Huayu Xiaozheng decoction alone,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with Mirena.The clinical efficacy,dysmenorrhea effect and biochemical indexes of the three groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group 1(80%)(24/30)and control group 2(76.67%)(23/30)(P<0.05).The effective rate of dysmenorrhea treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The levels of CA125,PGE2 and TNF-alpha in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with Mirena has remarkable clinical effects,it can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea,inhibit the release of various serum factors in the treatment of adenomyosis,which has positive clinical significance.
