分析疏肝清肺汤治疗肝火犯肺型支气管扩张症的疗效

Efficacy of the Shugan Qingfei decoction on bronchiectasis of the Ganhuo Fanfei type

目的:分析疏肝清肺汤治疗肝火犯肺型支气管扩张症的疗效。方法选取2016年10月-2018年8月本院收治的88例肝火犯肺型支气管扩张症患者为研究对象,采用随机表法将其平分为对照组与观察组,每组44例,对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上采用疏肝清肺汤进行治疗,比较治疗前后白细胞、中性粒细胞与C反应蛋白水平;同时比较两组的临床疗效以及中医症状积分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞与C反应蛋白水平均有所下降,但观察组的下降情况更优于对照组;观察组的主要观察症状、次要观察症状积分明显低于对照组;且观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采用疏肝清肺汤治疗肝火犯肺型支气管扩张症能有效降低患者的炎症反应,缓解症状,具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of the Shugan Qingfei decoction( 疏肝清肺汤) on bronchiectasis of the Ganhuo Fanfei type( 肝火犯肺型). Methods: 88 cases were divided into the control group and observation group, each group of 44 cases. The control group took conventional western medicine. The observation group received the Shugan Qingfei decoction more. Results: After treatment, the levels of white blood cells, neutrophils and c-reactive protein in both groups were decreased, and those in the observation group were better than that in the control group. The scores of main observed symptoms and secondary observed symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Moreover, the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shugan Qingfei decoction can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and relieve the symptoms.
