康复功能训练辅助针灸治疗面神经麻痹的疗效观察

Observation on treating facial nerve palsy by rehabilitation function training with acupuncture

目的 :分析对面神经麻痹进行康复功能训练辅助针灸治疗的效果。方法:本研究取2018年1月-2019年1月作为研究时间段,在该时间段中取200例面神经麻痹病例作为研究对象,将病例按照随机平均的方式分为对照组和研究组,对照组治疗方案为常规治疗联合针灸疗法,研究组治疗方案为常规治疗、针灸疗法联合康复功能训练,对两组面神经麻痹改善状况进行比较。结果:经过治疗,研究组Portmann评分比对照组高;肌电图显示,研究组神经潜伏期比对照组低,研究组面神经波幅大于对照组;研究组治疗效果优于对照组均P <0.05。结论:针对面神经麻痹应用康复功能训练辅助针灸治疗可以有效改善患者面神经麻痹症状,迅速恢复瘫痪肌肉功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective: To analyze the effect of rehabilitation functional training on acupuncture for facial paralysis. Methods: 200 cases of facial nerve palsy were divided into the control group and study group according to a random average method. The treatment plan in the control group was conventional treatment and acupuncture, while the treatment plan in the study group was conventional treatment, acupuncture and rehabilitation training. Results: After treatment, the Portmann score in the study group was higher than the control group. The nerve latency in the study group was lower than that in the control group and the facial nerve amplitude in the study group was greater than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupuncture with rehabilitation function training on facial nerve palsy can effectively improve the symptoms of facial nerve palsy, quickly restore paralyzed muscle function and improve the quality of life.
