摘要
目的:观察不同频率电针治疗脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛的疗效。方法:将50例脊髓损伤后神经病理性疼痛患者随机分为两组,10 Hz电针组(A组)和2 Hz电针组(B组),每组25例。分别于治疗前后采用简化中文版的McGill问卷(The short-form of mcgill pain questionnaire,SF-MPQ)评估对比疗效。结果:两组自身对照,疼痛减轻效果明显(P<0.01,P<O.05),组间比较2 Hz电针组疗在改善疼痛分级指数(Pain Rating Index,PRI)评分上优于10 Hz电针组,但PRI感觉项、情感项以及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、疼痛强度(Present Pain Intensity,PPI)评分无明显统计学差异。结论:电针治疗脊髓疾病继发神经病理性疼痛效果肯定,2 Hz电针组在止痛效果与10 Hz电针组无明显差异。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of different frequency electroacupuncture on neurological pain after spinal cord injury.Methods:50 patients with neurological pain after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into 10 Hz electroacupuncture group(group A)and 2 Hz electroacupuncture group(group B),25 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the Simplified Chinese version of the McGill questionnaire was used to evaluate the comparative effect.Results:Pain showed difference between two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).PRI pain score is better in 2 Hz electroacupuncture group than 10 Hz electroacupuncture group.And PRI sensory items,affective items and VAS,PPI showed no significant statistical difference between groups.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture is effective on secondary neurological pain in spinal cord diseases,and there is no significant difference in the analgesic effect between groups.
