中医骨伤手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM bone trauma on nerve root cervical spondylopathy

目的:探究神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)在使用中医骨伤手法治疗后的效能。方法:研究对象为100例中医骨伤手法治疗的患者,将其按随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,50例观察组采用中医骨伤手法治疗,另50例对照组采用常规针刀治疗。探讨实施不同治疗对治疗效果、疼痛及生活质量的影响。结果:观察组总有效率显著比对照组高,而在生活质量评分(Quality of Life,QOL)上显著比对照组高,视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)观察组显著低于对照组。治疗3 d,治疗后10 d观察组在综合疗效评分上显著比对照组高。结论:将中医骨伤手法治疗应用于CSR患者时,能显著提升治疗效果,减轻疼痛,改善生活质量,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of TCM bone trauma on nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods: 100 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. 50 cases in the observation group were treated by TCM bone trauma, and the other 50 cases were treated by acupotomology. Results: The total effective rate and the quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group. The visual analog score in the observation group was significantly lower. After treatment, the neck curve value in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group. Conclusion: TCM bone trauma can significantly improve effects, reduce pain and improve the quality of life. This method is worthy of application and promotion.
