骨伤复原汤对桡骨远端骨折术后骨折愈合及凝血功能影响

Efficacy of the Gushang Fuyuan decoction on fracture healing and blood coagulation after distal radius fractures

目的:探讨骨伤复原汤治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者术后康复效果的影响。方法:选择2017年2月-2018年9月于我院就诊的桡骨远端骨折患者90例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为I组与II组,每组各45例,II组患者术后接受常规治疗,I组患者在此基础上予以骨伤复原汤治疗,比较两组康复效果。结果 :I组患者治疗后的D-二聚体(D-Dimer, D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen, FIB)水平显著低于II组,凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time, PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time, APTT)水平显著高于II组(P <0.05)。I组患者治疗后的背伸、掌屈、旋前、旋后活动度均显著大于II组(P <0.05)。I组患者治疗后的腕关节患者自行评估量表(Patient-Rated Wrist Evaluation,PRWE)评分、Sarmiento评分显著低于II组(P <0.05)。结论:骨伤复原汤治疗可有效改善桡骨远端骨折患者术后的凝血功能,减轻腕关节疼痛,提高腕关节功能,治疗效果确切,值得进一步在临床上推荐使用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Gushang Fuyuan decoction( 骨伤复原汤) on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with distal radius fractures. Methods: 90 patients with distal radius fractures who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected, and the patients were divided into group I and group II by random number table method, 45 patients in each group. The group II was given coventional treatment. The group I was treated with the Gushang Fuyuan decoction with conventional treatment. Results: The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen FIB were significantly lower in group I than in group II, and the levels of PT and APTT were significantly higher than those in group II(P<0.05). The back extension, palm flexion, pronation, and pronation movements in group I were significantly greater than those in group II after treatment(P<0.05). The PRWE score and Sarmiento score in group I were significantly lower than those in group II(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Gushang Fuyuan decoction can effectively improve the coagulation function, reduce the pain of wrist joints, and improve the function of wrist joints, and is worthy of further clinical recommendation.
