中医护理干预在社区神经根型颈椎病病人康复中的应用疗效观察分析

An analysis of the efficacy of TCM nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root

目的:探讨中医护理干预在社区神经根型颈椎病病人康复中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的神经根型颈椎病病人130例进行研究,按照干预方式的不同进行分组,对照组65例,行常规护理,观察组65例,行中医护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P <0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组,但生活质量评分则明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组平均住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度评分均优于对照组(P <0.05);两组病人在治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:予以社区神经根型颈椎病病人中医护理干预有利于促进病人康复,效果理想。

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention of TCM on the rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: A total of 130 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected for study and grouped according to different intervention methods. 65 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 65 patients in the observation group received TCM nursing. Results: The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, but the quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The average hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the community is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients and the effect is ideal.
