理气清热通乳汤治疗急性乳腺炎的疗效观察

Observation on treating acute mastitis with the Liqi Qingre Tongru decoction

目的:对理气清热通乳汤治疗急性乳腺炎的治疗效果进行观察。方法:选取2018年1月份-2019年5月份在我院进行治疗的急性乳腺炎患者146例,根据患者入院时间分为对照组与观察组各73例,两组患者均采用临床常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用理气清热通乳汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、乳腺肿块消失时间、脓性炎症消失时间、并发症发生率、疾病复发率、中医症状评分及白细胞计数(White Blood Cell, WBC)与C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein, CRP)值。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显然高于对照组患者,观察组患者的乳腺肿块消失时间与脓性炎症消失时间分别为(5.47±1.78)d、(5.03±1.69)d,显然短于对照组患者的(9.23±2.96)d、(8.86±2.17)d,观察组患者的疾病复发率显然低于对照组患者,观察组患者的并发症发生率显然低于对照组患者。观察组患者的中医症状评分分别为(2.16±0.37),(1.91±1.04),(0.45±0.21),(0.86±0.11)分,明显低于对照组患者的(5.96±1.86),(4.05±1.87),(2.13±0.18),(4.86±2.77)分,观察组患者的WBC与CRP值分别为(7.42±2.06)×10^9/L与(9.46±3.77)mg/L,明显低于对照组患者的(9.97±2.94)×10^9/L与(14.03±4.42)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于急性乳腺炎患者来说,在临床常规治疗的基础上,加用理气清热通乳汤可有效将总体治疗效果提升,且安全性较高,降低了疾病复发率,缓解了患者的痛苦,且临床意义显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the Liqi Qingre Tongru decoction( 理气清热通乳汤) on acute mastitis. Methods: 146 patients with acute mastitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of admission. Both groups were treated by routine clinical treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with the Liqi Qingre Tongru decoction more. The clinical therapeutic effect, disappearance time of breast mass and abscess in two groups were compared. The disappearance time of sexual inflammation, the incidence of complications, the recurrence rate of disease, TCM symptom score, WBC and CRP values were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group higher than those in the control group. The disappearance time of breast mass and purulent inflammation in the observation group were(5.47±1.78) days and(5.03±1.69) days respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(9.23±2.96) days and(8.86±2.17) days. The recurrence rate in the observation group lower than those in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group lower than those in the control group. The score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was(29.73±2.17), which was significantly lower than(48.93±3.04) in the control group. The WBC and CRP values in the observation group were(7.42±2.06)×10^9/L and(9.46±3.77) mg/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Routine clinical treatment plus the Liqi Qingre Tongru decoction can effectively improve the overall therapeutic effect, with high safety, reduce the recurrence rate of disease, alleviate the pain, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
