自制苦参除湿膏外涂治疗湿热型肛周湿疹80例临床观察

Observation on treating perianal eczema of the Shire type with the Kushen Chushi plaster

目的:观察自制苦参除湿膏外涂治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将2017年8月-2019年3月就诊于我院的80例肛周湿疹患者,随机分为试验组(40例)与对照组(40例)。试验组采用自制苦参除湿膏外涂治疗,对照组予以复方曲安奈德乳膏(派瑞松)外涂治疗;疗程2周。分别比较两组治疗后肛周湿疹部位瘙痒症状评分,红斑、潮湿、丘疹、渗出、糜烂、水泡等湿疹体征积分,以及疗效情况和随访2个月后的疗效结果。结果:研究中两组患者肛周瘙痒评分均下降,试验组瘙痒评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);湿疹体征形态积分比较差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2个月的复发率,试验组明显低于对照组,(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:苦参除湿膏能有效抑制肛周瘙痒,减少渗出、丘疹等,外涂治疗肛周湿疹临床疗效确切、安全可靠,值得推广运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Kushen Chushi plaster(苦参除湿膏)on the Shire type(湿热型)perianal eczema.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group,each with 40 patients.The experimental group was treated with the Kushen Chushi plaster,and the control group was treated with compound triamcinolone cream(Parexone).The course of treatment was two weeks.The scores of pruritus symptoms of perianal eczema after treatment,erythema,dampness,pimples,exudation,erosion,blisters and other eczema physical scores were compared between the two groups,as well as the curative effect and the curative effect after two months of follow-up.Results:The perianal pruritus scores in the two groups were decreased,and the pruritus scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The morphological scores in eczema signs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate after two months followup was significantly lower in the test group than the control group(P<0.05).And the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The Kushen Chushi plaster can effectively suppress itching around the anus,reduce exudation,pimples,etc..The application of external application in treating perianal eczema is accurate,safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization.
